Dante Giannini started his career in the bottom of a kitchen during his senior year in high school because he believed that cooking was “the only thing he could excel at.” Not only did he excel, he developed a passion for farm to table style of cooking and pristine quality ingredients.
His client list include Madonna, Rebecca Minkoff, David & Lauren Lauren and Jimmy Buffett, Dante remains on the shy side. Rocking his staple pair of jeans, Timberland’s and fitted hat, you would never know that for the past few years Dante has spent his time cooking for A-list celebrities and traveling via private jets to luxury kitchens around the world (St. Barths, Hamptons, Los Angeles & NYC).

Favorite ingredients are… olive oil thyme and finishing salts from his Montauk Salt Company.
Every kitchen must have…blender, fish spatula and copper pots.
Utensil of choice is…spoons. Dante loves spoons because of the control they have over food – he stirs and grills with spoons. There are no tongs in his kitchen.
Can’t live without…#Duckfat. His favorite flavor is duckfat, which he describes as luxurious, gamey and the best taste your tongue can have. If Dante had a big enough supply, he would bathe in duckfat.
