We have been working with Dante for years and he is truly a pleasure to work with. He is super easy going while still ensuring no detail is overlooked and everything is taken care of. He is also very responsive to email which makes planning anything from a meal drop off to an elegant dinner party a total breeze. I recently planned a causal dinner party for a client and Dante coordinated for another chef Omar to cook. It was completely seamless in the planning with Dante and they were very flexible to work with from the guests numerous dietary restrictions to last minute changes. I found Dante's company through a recommendation of a friend. Dante was so fast to respond to emails as I gathered information. We spoke on the phone so I could tell him what I wanted and we worked together to create the menu and than he introduced me to the chef. Chef Matt was great! I told him it was a surprise and that I was proposing that evening and my fiance would have no idea he was coming. He followed my directions perfectly so we weren't caught in the surprise. He even was fine with cooking across the hall in my neighbors apartment which made the night even better. He asked me a lot of questions to make sure the night went perfectly and the timing was on point. Now to the food. IT WAS AMAZING! I highly recommend this company!

My family has worked with them on numerous occasions and they never cease to amaze us with their innovative ideas. The food is absolutely delicious and each event is completely stress free. Dante's attention to detail is superb and his response time is even better. Dante and his crew go above and beyond and I highly recommend them to anybody on the hunt for some all-star chefs.
